​Shop/Service Technician Assistant 

 

We are looking for a shop/service technician assistant. This is not a position that requires any knowledge in what Q2 Engineered Systems & Technology, does but it does require a desire and drive to want to learn what we do here.

Job Title: Shop/Service Technician Assistant

Location: Bunnell, FL 32110

Skills and Experience:

​​

~ No experience in the direct field required but the want and drive to learn is required

~ MUST be able to pass a background check, drug test, and have a clean driving record

~ Self-Motivated and able to work on your own 

~ Good communication skills

~ Good organizational skills

~ Some knowledge and understanding with Microsoft Excel, Word, and other software

~ Willingness to learn how reading electrical and mechanical schematics

Job duties:                                                

​​

~ Work at high elevations on overhead systems

~ MUST be able to operate equipment such as (but not limited to)

   ~ Forklift

~ Some travel and overnight stays 

~ Be attentive to detail and learn the industry on the job

~ Assist with new installations, and repair projects at times

~ Assist on various inspection projects that require more than 1 person on site

~ Shipping and receiving at the shop

~ Keep shop, office, yard, and trailers cleaned, organized, stocked and prepped

~ Communicate details back to the office daily on project status/needs
